Compassionate Love Home Care Agency, LLC was founded in 2021 by two friends with a dream. The agency was founded under the principle to provide affordable yet quality services to patients and their family members. We are pleased to provide non-medical services for in-home, independent, assisted living, and nursing home clients. Our company ensures high standards by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service. We offer a list of services carefully designed to assist our clients with the basic necessities and activities of daily living.
The company is operated by two local natives of Philadelphia. Our Direct Care Workers (HHA) and staff are all dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our clients and delivering our mission of individualized patient-focused care to anyone at any given time. MEET THE FOUNDERS
Kendrick Washington & Courtney Allen
Kendrick Washington, Co-Founder and Owner of Compassionate Love Home Care Agency is a native of Philadelphia. Kendrick has 15 years experience in the medical field, working in the operating room and the emergency department.
Kendrick is a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for excellence and the desire to succeed. He is kind-hearted and caring and is always willing to lend a helping hand.
Courtney Allen is Co-Founder and Owner of Compassionate Love Home Care Agency. Courtney has 20 years experience in healthcare, beginning her career as a Certified Medical Assistant working in a family practice office while attending Community College.
Later becoming an accomplished Registered Respiratory Therapist with 14 years experience and exceptional critical care skills. In 2014, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Drexel University. She is driven with ambition and determination to achieve set goals in order to become successful. Courtney has a passion for working in the medical field and she is devoted to helping and assisting others.
